At Saturnn LGD, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a hassle-free 07- day exchange policy, giving you the option to return your item within 07 (seven) days from the date of delivery, for any reason. Though we are confident this situation will never arise, we have taken care of it.
The exchange value will be calculated as follows:
Gold: 100% of the invoice value
Diamond: 100% of the invoice value

Eligibility for Replacement & Exchange

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please note that your jewellery must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase, along with any accompanying paperwork included at the time of delivery.
Please note: Upon receiving the Saturnn LGD products, record a complete unboxing video so that if there is any issue with the products like missing product / damaged product / wrong product etc., it will become easier for our team to review the replacement/exchange request and take further steps.
Certain products are not eligible for replacement & exchange, including:
Customised, personalised, or special-order products specifically tailored to your preferences.
Once we receive your request our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution. The products need to be self-shipped to Saturnn LGD office in Mumbai. The return shipping cost is to be borne by customer. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email to at support@saturnnlgd.com with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
At Saturnn LGD we do visual recording while unboxing the product that we receive for replacement/exchange.
Once the product has reached and it is inspected by our executive to be free from any defect, your replacement/exchange shall be authorized. In case of missing items in exchange orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned one or multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product.
While we shall try to accommodate all your replacement/exchange requests, we will not accept replacement/exchange request under this 07 Day replacement/exchange Policy of the following:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
Any product that has been washed
Any product not in its original condition
Any product that is returned without all original packaging, tags and accessories, the original invoice and all relevant certificates or documents, certificate and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
Any product that is custom made, products sold under special offers or promotional products.
If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Saturnn LGD is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.

Please Note: In case of Replacement/Exchange policy customer shall borne the following charges:
If the certificate is missing or mismatched 1500/- per certificate will be charged.
Courier charges will be borne by customers for to and fro both.
