At Saturnn LGD, we offer a buyback facility for jewellery purchased directly from our official website, www.saturnnlgd.com. Our buyback program is designed to provide peace of mind and confidence in your investment, reflecting our commitment to quality, transparency, and long-term value.
All buyback requests are subject to a thorough review of the product by our team to ensure it is free from damage or alteration. The decision of the Saturnn LGD team shall be final and binding for all buyback requests.
Buyback or exchange is not applicable for customised or personalised jewellery, including engraved products.
OUR BUYBACK POLCY
1. Buyback Eligibility
The buyback policy applies only to jewellery purchased directly from the Saturnn LGD website. Each item submitted for buyback must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy and pass a quality inspection.
2. Buyback Value
The buyback value is determined based on the original purchase price (MRP) and the time elapsed since the date of purchase:
Within 12 months from the date of purchase: 60 percent of the original purchase price
After 12 months from the date of purchase: Buyback is not applicable
This policy allows customers to shop with confidence, knowing that their purchase is backed by a transparent and time-bound buyback program.
3. Inspection Process
All products submitted for buyback undergo a detailed inspection by our quality assurance team. This inspection ensures the authenticity and condition of the jewellery and helps us maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and integrity.
The following items are not eligible for buyback:
Customised or personalised jewellery
Jewellery altered or repaired by anyone other than Saturnn LGD
Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Please note that buyback terms may vary for specific products or during promotional periods.
4. Conditions for Buyback
To qualify for the buyback program, the following conditions must be met:
The jewellery must be in its original, pristine condition, without any damage or alterations.
The original product must be returned along with:
Original or copy of the invoice
Product certificate (if applicable)
Valid government-issued photo ID of the person requesting the buyback
If any discounts were applied at the time of purchase, the equivalent discount amount will be deducted from the buyback value of the lab-grown diamonds.
Buyback value is calculated strictly on the original purchase price (MRP) and applicable time period.
All taxes applied at the time of purchase are excluded from the buyback refund amount.
The buyback and refund are subject to successful quality verification of the returned product.
Products must be self-shipped to the Saturnn LGD office in Mumbai. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
If Saturnn LGD arranges the pickup, actual logistics charges will be deducted from the buyback value.
All buyback payments will be processed via RTGS or NEFT only and will be made to the individual or entity named on the original invoice, subject to valid ID verification.
Refunds under the buyback scheme will be processed within 21 business days after the product is received at our registered office.
Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage, preferably bubble-wrapped or placed in a padded box.
Re-shipping under the buyback scheme must be done using Saturnn LGD’s designated shipping partner, Bluedart.
5. How to Request a Buyback
To initiate a buyback request, please follow these steps:

Call or WhatsApp our customer support team at +91 8291518181 once the package is ready with all required documents, so that re-shipment can be arranged.
6. Discretion of Rights
Saturnn LGD reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting buybacks or exchanges and may modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
