OUR REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Replacement and Exchange Period

In the event of an approved exchange, the value will be calculated as follows:

  • Gold: 100 percent of the invoice value

  • Diamond: 100 percent of the invoice value

  • Making charges: Not applicable

  • GST and taxes: Not applicable

2. Eligibility for Replacement and Exchange

Replacement or exchange is applicable only for products purchased directly from www.saturnnlgd.com.

To be eligible, the jewellery must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Include original packaging, tags, invoice, certificates, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a complete unboxing video, recorded at the time of delivery, in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items

The following products are not eligible for replacement or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery, including engraved products

  • Products made to order or special-order items

  • Products purchased during special offers or promotional sales

  • Products that show signs of damage, wear, or washing

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, invoice, or certificates

  • Products with missing, altered, or unreadable serial numbers

3. Replacement and Exchange Process

All replacement or exchange requests are reviewed by our team. Upon receiving the returned product, we conduct a visual recording and quality inspection. Once the product is verified to be free from defects or discrepancies, the replacement or exchange will be approved.

If any item is missing from a returned package, Saturnn LGD reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product.

4. Shipping and Handling

Returned products must be self-shipped to the Saturnn LGD office in Mumbai.

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer

  • Products must be securely packed and bubble-wrapped to avoid transit damage

  • Courier tracking details must be shared via email at support@saturnnlgd.com

Without valid tracking details, Saturnn LGD cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit.

5. Charges Applicable

In case of replacement or exchange:

  • If a product certificate is missing or mismatched, a charge of ₹1,500 per certificate will apply

  • All courier charges (to and fro) will be borne by the customer

6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery after dispatch, Saturnn LGD will not be liable for any refund, replacement, or exchange.

7. Discretion of Rights

Saturnn LGD reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement, exchange, or cancellation request at its sole discretion. The company also reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically.
